Each box has a label with name, product code, line, lot, number of pieces and the tubes in each box are protected by sheets of tissue paper suitably stamped by the operator who packs. All boxes must be stamped with the date and progressive number of the pallet.
The same pallets are in turn packed with a cellophane cover and packed with stretch film. They too are supplied with a label including lot, progressive pallet number, customer, product name, code and number of pieces.  The number of boxes per pallet and therefore the number of pieces per pallet can vary on customer request.
