PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
We produce laminated tubes from diameter 19mm to diameter 50mm with capacity from 7ml to 300ml.
The production range includes ABL (aluminum barrier laminated tubes with thickness from 250μ to 272μ with barrier as per customer requirement) in white, clear, semi-clear and silver. The range includes a vast assortment of shoulders with two different types of thread and with different types of hole. The neck can have a safety membrane upon customer request.

FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING
Our graphic and printing options are nearly unlimited. Six-color direct UV flexo printing is used plus The surface is protected by glossy, matt or satin UV varnish. To highlight the exclusive aspect of the packaging, cold or hot stamping in silver, gold or color can be used.
SHOULDERS AND FILLETS
The range includes a large assortment of shoulders with various diameters of squeezing openings and types of thread for each diameter.
THE CAPSULES
The tubes can have conical, cylindrical or flip-top capsules according to customer requirements.
35mm, 40mm and 50mm diameter pipes can have swivel plugs opening towards the face of the pipe.
The capsules can be of various colors from white to transparent, from opaque to glossy with a smooth or textured surface.
MEMBRANE: To increase consumer protection, the hose nozzle may have a safety membrane that is torn off before first use.
Each production is accompanied by a technical data sheet and a conformity certification document issued to the customer upon delivery.
